The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas' Community Affairs Office provides financial institutions with information on the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), community and economic development, access to credit for small businesses and low- and moderate-income neighborhoods and people, and fair lending. The Community Affairs Office also provides resource information, technical assistance and regulatory guidance to community-based organizations, government entities and other organizations engaged in community and economic development.
