How can I view a PDF
file?
To view a PDF, you must have Adobe Acrobat
or Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader is free and available to
download at:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
[off-site]
After downloading the reader, click
on the link to the PDF and it will automatically open.

What if I run into problems
printing a PDF file?
If you are having trouble printing a
PDF file from the site, first be sure that you have the latest
version of Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. If you have the latest
version and you can view the article correctly on screen but
cannot print it, do the following:
- With the PDF file open in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader,
choose "Print" from the File menu.
- Windows Users: Check the "Print
as Image" option in the Print dialog.
Macintosh Users: Change the setting for
the popup menu at the top of the dialog from General to
Acrobat, and select "Print as Image" as the print
method.
- Click "Print."
