Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Sponsors Affordable Housing Development Workshop in Shreveport

Affordable housing is a key component of community development. This workshop will give participants strategies for creating effective community development corporations and affordable housing partnerships. It will link participants with state and local resources available for affordable housing and community development projects. Additionally, attendees will be exposed to the elements of affordable housing development, construction and financing.

  • Staff and board members of nonprofit organizations

  • Homebuilders and developers
  • Anyone interested in developing and financing affordable housing
